Hello, my name is Diego and I'm an Italian web and mobile developer.
I'm currently based in Italy and I've also lived in Spain , New Zealand and in Australia in the past years and I 🧡 working remotely.
I've been working professionally in the Javascript ecosystem - the craziest and most exciting one.
I'm mainly focused on the front-end side but I've been so curious also about the back-end side thanks to Next.js, my favorite framework, that gave me the possibility to watch outside the "fence".
So, my goal is to have an overall knowledge of the web development world, both front-end and back-end aspects and start to contribute to open source projects and enjoy the journey.
These are some technologies I use
Here are some projects I've worked on
Personal website built with Next.js and Sanity as headless CMS, showcasing a modern design with Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, and optimized performance. Includes modular component architecture and CMS-driven content to support future scalability. The project also integrates Cal.com to manage meeting scheduling directly from the site, enhancing the user’s ability to book calls.
Proof of concept exploring Better Auth, a modern authentication library for Next.js.The project demonstrates email-based login and social authentication with Google and GitHub.
In this project, I developed an application that allows users to upload a PDF and ask questions about its content. The application uses the OpenAI API to process and analyze the document.
GS Loft is a mobile app for a gym, built with React Native. It allows gym members to access their membership details and view their workout plans. This project was developed at Blhack, the company I worked for.
A lightweight Raycast extension that lets developers quickly access the latest official React documentation without leaving their workflow. The project is open source and has been adopted by more than 1,800 users.
In this project, I built a full-stack application that allows users to create trips and track their expenses. I'm implementing user authentication using NextAuth.
This project is a boilerplate for building Next.js applications with Drizzle ORM and Turso as the database. It provides a basic template to start building their applications quickly.
This is a website for a restaurant called Alberobello, built with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript. It showcases a modern design and responsive layout and It uses the Notion API to fetch content dynamically for the menu.
I'm always open to new opportunities, feel free to contact me!
